Whilst I appreciate the contribution of AA to the theme of " every one can fly", it has no legal or moral right to withhold the airport services fee due to MAB. It is only expediency that airlines were appointed to collect the fees on MAB's behalf , prhaps even enjoy the " interest " accrued. Under no circumstance shall AA keep the Payment, in whatever fraction as it appears. Someone ought to differentiate between " default " and disputed " payments. From 2002, this is too long, too much, to be disputed payment! I truly appreciate your highlight of AA.
